happyCOINS is registrated as a regulated crypto broker under supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank). To verify your identity we need to collect a photo of an ID, a photo of your bank card, a proof of residence and a photo of your crypto wallet. happyCOINS will not use the uploaded documents for any other purpose than identity verification.

Requirements

Max file size: 10MB
Recent image (max. 1 week old)
Only passport or national identity card is accepted as Photo IDs
The name on the Photo ID needs to be the same as the one of your bank account
Make sure that metadata, including geolocation, is active while taking the photos

Photo ID

Name, nationality, date of birth, expiry date and the document number must be clearly readable

Energy invoice or a comparable document that contains your name and physical address

Photo of your bank card, where full name and IBAN are clearly readable
