Introduction

We are committed to transparent, fair, and accessible pricing. This policy explains how we price crypto-assets, what fees apply to our services, and how any changes to fees will be communicated to you. All costs are disclosed to you before you confirm any transaction, so you always know what you are paying.

How We Price Crypto-Assets

Our prices for buying and selling Crypto-assets are determined as follows:

  1. Reference Price: We derive a reference price from current market prices on major crypto exchanges, updated every 30 seconds.
  2. Spread: We calculate a spread to the reference price for buy orders and subtract a spread for sell orders. The spread is symmetrical and ensures fair pricing for both buying and selling.
  3. Volatility protection: During periods of high market volatility, we may apply adjusted pricing to protect against rapid price movements.
  4. Transparency: Current prices are always displayed before you commit to a transaction.

Fees and costs

When you buy or sell Crypto-assets, the total cost includes:

  1. The asset price: based on our pricing methodology described above.
  2. Network fees: for buy transactions where we send Crypto-assets to your external wallet, the costs of the blockchain network fee is calculated.
  3. Payment service and Bank fees: costs associated with payment processing.

All fees are disclosed in the transaction proposal before you confirm your order.

Service costs: a cost based on cumulative transaction value (this fee only applies to business customers).

Account fees

  • We currently do not charge fees for account opening or maintenance.
  • Inactivity fees may apply after extended periods of no activity

Transfer fees

When you transfer crypto-assets on-chain to an external wallet, network fees (blockchain transaction fees) apply. These are deducted from your account balance at the time of transfer.

Other Fees

Additional fees may apply in specific circumstances:

  • Charges may apply for bespoke reporting or documentation provided upon request
  • A fee may apply where expedited processing is requested

These will always be communicated to you in advance.

Changes to Our Fees

We may update our fee structure from time to time for commercial or operational reasons. If we make changes:

  • You will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect
  • Changes will be published on our website
